Robert Motherwell Autographed Cover of his (last) Exhibit “From the Studio”

ROBERT MOTHERWELL (1915-1991) American Artist, one of the founders of abstract expressionism, also one of its most prolific and articulate exponents. His signature “R. Motherwell” with underlining in black ink on The cover of the brochure of his exhibit (the last during his life) dated April 30 to June 28, 1991. Motherwell died on July 16, 1991.

This is perhaps one of his last autographs and an extremely handsome item for framing.  7 3/4″ x 9 3/4″ Photo Matt finish autographed R.
