This book has been autographed on the title page by Michael Collins (1930) – Astronaut and test pilot.  Mr. Collins flew in space twice in his career – Gemini 10 and Apollo 11.  He was Director of the National Air and Space Museum (1971 – 1978) and the Undersecretary of the Smithsonian (1978 -1980).

Also on the title page is a hand written dedication by Bill Watson  ( May 1980), NASA Ground Networks Program Manager/Executive: to Lou (Bara), (Offical NASA Photographer) wishing him well in his position with NASA.
